Chalking, Fading and West Facing Walls That Burn Out First
Texas sun is not evenly hard on a house. West and southwest facing elevations take the longest, hottest exposure of the day, so that is where the color goes flat first and where a chalky film rubs off on your hand. The rest of the house can still look acceptable while one wall has already given up. We walk every elevation during the inspection and tell you which surfaces still have life in them and which ones do not.
